Our Pre-KG program provides a warm and nurturing environment where children take their first steps into structured learning. Through play-based exploration, storytelling, music, and hands-on activities, young learners build early language, motor, social, and self-help skills.
Guided by trained educators, every child is encouraged to imagine, interact, and grow at their own pace, laying a joyful foundation for lifelong learning.
Admission Procedure
Age Eligibility
Junior KG: The child must be 3 years old on or before 30 June of the admission year
Entrance Assessment
Classes I–X: An entrance test is conducted in English, Mathematics, and Tamil.
The paper assesses grade-appropriate skills and is aligned with CBSE/commonly accepted benchmarks.
Application Guidelines
Ensure all details in the application form are accurate and complete.
Any discrepancy may lead to rejection of the application.
Documents to Enclose with the Application Form
Birth Certificate (attested copy)
Academic Records: Report cards/transcripts for the current and/or last completed year (in English)
Photographs: 3 recent passport-size colour photos of the candidate
Family Photograph: Candidate with parent(s)/guardian (1 photo)
Aadhaar Card (photocopy) Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (if applicable)

Bridge Course (May)
Who: All newly admitted students (Classes I-X) who have paid the fees
When: May, from [start date] to [end date] (dates will be notified)
Attendance: Compulsory for Classes I-X
Purpose:
A focused transition program to help new students bridge learning gaps, refresh core concepts, and settle into GSPS routines.
Focus Areas:
English, Mathematics and Science (grade-appropriate)
Study habits, classroom norms, and basic digital/campus orientation
Note:
Students must report in neat, regular school uniform with essential stationery.
Detailed timetable and section allotments will be shared prior to the start date.
Fees Payment
Mode of Payment: All fees are payable through City Union Bank, Sirkali.
Deadline: Fees must be paid within the timeframe specified by the Principal to confirm admission.
Challan: A bank challan will be issued in March with fee details.
Last Date: The final due date to pay will be [Date …………] (as mentioned on the challan/notice).
Important:
Please use the official challan and ensure the student’s name, class, and application/admission number are correctly entered. Keep the bank-stamped receipt for your records.
